Shipping Policy

All RUST pieces are carefully packaged and shipped with tracked, insured delivery.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and engraved pieces may take longer — please see the individual product page for estimated production time.

Delivery within the EU: Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, via Chronopost or Colissimo. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Prices & customs: Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. As orders are shipped from within the EU, no customs charges apply on delivery.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
